Current framework includes a contribution-based borrowing multiple, onboarding caps, and internal review.
Bitcoin price floor
A structured BTC purchase that includes a fixed-price buy-back option for 90 days, enforced through vault custody to ensure continuous exposure.
If BTC declines and a participant chooses to exit during the term, they may sell back at their original entry price with next business day settlement.
